What i’m growing this year

This will be our fourth Spring in our home and every year something new blooms. I think it’s our garden’s way of accepting us!

The first year, we had tulips, sage, roses, wild grasses, yucca, and a few others I cannot name. The second year the dogwood bloomed and the lilac the third year. We’ve been patient with the some of weeds hoping that they might be the flowering type.

We built two garden beds in that first year for small fruits and veggies, but it wasn’t until the third year we added our own flowering color.

This year we’re growing a cut flower garden for no reason other than to bring us some happiness!
